The Opportunity:
We are excited to recruiting for a Senior Treasury Manager to join our established and highly regarded finance team at our Bristol head office. This is great opportunity for the right candidate to own responsibility for Treasury Front Office activities, Treasury’s Regulatory Prudential Risk document production (ILAAP & Resolution and Recovery Plan) and co-ordination of liquidity stress testing across Triodos Bank UK (TBUK).
There high degree of autonomy and the role offers the benefits of hybrid working, typically this will require you to work 2-3 days in our Bristol office per week, with a choice of working from home on the other days. Some occasional travel to our Group Head Office in the Netherlands may be required.
Key focuses and responsibilities will require you to:
- Leads Treasury front office activities, including Bond settlements and Money market placements
- Support Head of Treasury on the investment and funding strategy for TBUK
- Provide liquidity management day to day ensuring the Bank’s liquidity is in line with its risk appetite
- Lead production of Treasury’s suite of Prudential Risk documents (ILAAP & RRP), ensuring approval in line with governance framework and presentation at Board committees as required
- Work in conjunction with Balance Sheet Analysis Specialist in annual refresh and review of Liquidity, Market and Capital KRIs and RPIs included in the ILAAP and Recovery Plans. Also, ensuring liaison with ERM in the annual RAS refresh.
- Act as Subject matter expert for stress testing for ILAAP, Recovery Plan and FRCC, ensuring alignment with the ICAAP and Strategic Planning.
- Co-ordinate and lead sessions on establishing TBUK business vulnerabilities across the Bank for stress testing, ensuring all key stakeholders across TBUK and Group are engaged
- UK Model Manager for the TBUK Pricing Model. Requiring ownership of all UK specific assumptions and ensuring model is regularly reviewed and updated
- Meet information requests from Triodos Group HO, regulators, and other external parties.
- Standing invitation to Asset and Liabilities Committee
What we are looking for:
This an excellent opportunity for a treasury manager/specialist who is looking to progress and take the next step up in their career or equally an established senior treasury manager looking to join a values & mission led organisation and one of Europe’s leading sustainable banks.
To be successful in this role you will have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and possess the expertise to propose appropriate liquidity management strategies to the Head of Treasury. You will have an appropriate accounting (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent ALM/Treasury/Finance qualification (ACT, CertBALM or CFA) or be working towards one, combined with relevant financial services experience.
An excellent communicator at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will be able to demonstrate a commercial approach, and aptitude to understand and challenge the bank’s business model.

Offer
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a competitive full time equivalent salary of up to £67,000 depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
